Every now and then, it happens to me and it's happened yet again...I'm just about fresh out of homes to sell. Almost all of my properties that I'm marketing today for my sellers are either already sold or are under agreement. And all of the buyers that I've been working with most recently have either already purchased a home or have already found a great deal and are waiting for the closing date so they move in.

The Sky Is Falling And We're All Going To Die Take Cover!! Isn't that what all of the media reports are telling us these days?? OK, so maybe the second part actually has some truth to it - eventually we are all going to die at some point, right? But is the sky really falling?? HELL NO!!
